Minor Hotels in Sharjah is seeking a Reservation & Revenue Manager to lead the Retreats reservations department, set pricing strategies, manage inventory, and analyze demand to maximize profitability.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and front office, supervise the reservations team, ensure rate parity across OTAs and GDS, and generate regular revenue reports for senior management.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in reservations, front office, or revenue management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of RMS and PMS such as Opera, Fidelio, Synxis; familiarity with OTAs and GDS; proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and forecasting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Retreats reservations department and maximize revenue through pricing, inventory management, and market analysis.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize Retreat revenue and profitability.
• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and booking trends to adjust rates dynamically.
• Analyse historical data and forecast occupancy to optimize room availability and distribution.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create promotions and special offers.
• Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct bookings.
• Supervise the reservations team, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of bookings.
• Manage group bookings, VIP requests, and special reservations in coordination with the sales department.
• Work with front desk to ensure seamless check-in/check-out and overall guest experience.
• Oversee presence on OTAs and update inventory; manage the website booking engine to drive direct reservations.
• Monitor guest reviews and feedback to enhance online reputation; generate revenue reports for senior management.
