Responsabilités

• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to support product development.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for retention products in coordination with marketing teams.
• Perform site visits to identify improvement opportunities in customer retention processes.
• Prepare feasibility studies for new retention initiatives and service offerings.
• Present proposals and roadmaps to stakeholders with clear implementation strategies.
• Design operational, financial, and training processes for product rollout.
• Support management of common retention products across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and retention outcomes.
