Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the sales team to achieve department targets.
• Analyze sales data to maximize daily sales.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively or escalate to store management.
• Maintain grooming, presentation and professional conduct standards.
• Induct and train new department staff in liaison with store management.
