Qualifications

• High school qualification.
• 4 – 5 years experience in Sales or Customer Service environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the sales team to achieve excellent customer service.
• Analyse sales data to maximise day-to-day sales.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, or pass to store manager.
• Maintain grooming, presentation and professional conduct standards.
• Motivate team members to achieve shared goals.
• Induct new starters into the department team.
• Train staff on department processes with store manager and training dept.
• Monitor stock and inform on depleting stock or losses.
• Merchandise department commercially and visually per brand guidelines.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards on floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
• Comply with policies including refunds, security, health and safety.
