Job summary

EST Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and staff while delivering excellent customer service. The role supports the store manager in maximizing sales and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring attractive product displays, monitoring inventory, handling inquiries and returns, and preparing performance reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail or store supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office.
• Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Flexible with working hours, weekends and holidays.
