A leading retail company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an individual for a vital role in their retail department. The position involves ensuring optimal store operations, stock management, and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates should possess a higher secondary education and moderate communication skills, with previous experience in retail or warehousing being advantageous. Candidates should be physically capable of performing manual tasks and maintaining high standards of service.
To ensure smooth and efficient operations in the retail department in relation to the company core process thus directly impacting on the delivery of the experience. This position plays an essential role in establishing and up-keeping the efficient running of day-to-day store and stock room operations front and back of house. Ensures the store and stock rooms are replenished and clean. Takes a proactive role in adhering to the Farah service standards as well as leisure facility branding guidelines where required. Displaying excellent product knowledge, efficiency, reliability and providing guests with the ultimate retail experience is a priority.
Higher secondary or equivalent
