Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with opening/closing tasks and daily operations.

What You Will Do

• Assist the Store Manager with daily activities, including store opening, closing, and operational coverage.
• Take responsibility for running the store when required during the Store Manager 's absence.
• Follow established store procedures for product pricing, ticketing, and transaction accuracy.
• Operate Point of Sale systems efficiently and address transaction-related customer issues.
• Train new team members in POS procedures and support corrective actions when transaction problems arise.
• Participate in stock inventories and store meetings as required.
• Maintain Store Presentation and Housekeeping
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain the store 's visual and operational standards.
• Ensure the checkout and cash wrap areas remain clean and orderly.
• Follow the company 's dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
• Support the team in maintaining consistent store presentation throughout the working day.

Required Skills
