Job summary

Midea Group is seeking a Sales Coordination specialist to keep retail orders moving from customer PO to delivery and after-sales follow-up. You will support Sales with stock information, quotations and product details, and maintain accurate ERP/CRM records.

You will coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics and drivers, manage allocations/backorders, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely updates to customers and Sales.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in sales coordination or retail customer support; appliances or electronics preferred.
• Hands-on ERP/CRM experience covering orders, stock allocation, customer records and returns.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and reconciliation of order and stock data.
• Understands LPOs, quotations, delivery documents, invoices, credit notes and approval procedures.
• Clear English communication and patient, persistent customer and cross-department follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Check LPOs against quotations, prices, promotions, quantities and terms; resolve discrepancies and process ERP orders.
• Support Sales with quotations and product information; track stock, allocations, and backorders; flag shortages.
• Coordinate daily preparation, loading and deliveries with Warehouse, Logistics and drivers; update delays.
• Respond to customer calls and emails; log service cases and follow schedules with After-Sales.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges and refunds; obtain records and follow through to closure.
• Work with Accounts on invoices, payments and credit queries.
• Keep records current in ERP/CRM; report sales and open cases; escalate delays.
