Job summary

Midea Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Home Appliances Project Sales Coordinator to drive project sales from quotation to delivery through precise documentation, rapid processing and persistent follow-up.

You will provide the sales team with visibility of approvals, orders, delivery dates and outstanding actions, coordinating quotations, tenders, orders and ERP/CRM records to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in sales coordination or project support, appliances or building materials preferred.
• Hands-on experience preparing quotations, tender documents and project submittals.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables; working PowerPoint skills.
• Clear English communication and ability to follow up with customers and internal teams.

Role Objective

Keep project sales moving from quotation to delivery through accurate documents, fast processing and persistent follow-up. Give the sales team clear visibility of approvals, orders, delivery dates and outstanding actions.

Main Responsibilities
