Midea Group UAE is seeking a results‑driven Sales Coordination professional to move retail orders from purchase to delivery and after‑sales follow‑up. You will support Sales with quotations, manage stock allocations and keep customers informed through timely updates.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales coordination or retail customer support, hands‑on ERP/CRM experience, and strong Excel skills. You will work with Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounts to ensure smooth order flow and timely issue

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in sales coordination or retail customer support; appliances or electronics preferred.
• Hands-on ERP/CRM experience covering orders, stock allocation, customer records and returns.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and reconciliation of order and stock data.
• Understands LPOs, quotations, delivery documents, invoices, credit notes and approval procedures.
• Clear English communication and patient, persistent customer and cross-department follow-up.

Aufgaben

• Check customer LPOs against quotations, prices, promotions, quantities, specifications and terms; resolve discrepancies, process ERP orders and retain approvals and documents.
• Support Sales with quotations and product information; track available, reserved, allocated and incoming stock, manage allocations and backorders, and flag shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate daily preparation, loading and deliveries with Warehouse, Logistics and drivers; confirm special requirements and update customers and Sales on delays or incomplete deliveries.
• Respond to customer calls and emails; log installation requests, complaints and service cases, then follow schedules, repairs and completion with After-Sales and keep customers informed.
• Coordinate approved returns, exchanges, replacements and refunds; obtain supporting records, arrange movements with relevant teams and follow each transaction through to closure.
• Work with Accounts on invoices, payment and credit queries, claims and credit notes; resolve documentation issues affecting orders, deliveries or collections.
• Keep customer, dealer and transaction records current in ERP/CRM; correct stock and data errors, report sales and open operational cases in Excel, and elevate delays or recurring issues.

Role Objective
