Job summary

Sephora UAE is seeking a Retail Performance & Operations Specialist to coordinate between stores and key departments, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-up on initiatives. You will support store alignment with guidelines and drive execution across the retail network.

You will lead the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, analyze KPIs, and manage communications and store data to support commercial targets with a detail-oriented, cross-functional mindset.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in retail operations or a similar support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to interpret retail KPIs and trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and data accuracy commitment.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and share timely retail KPI reports including store scorecards and launches.
• Analyze performance to identify trends, gaps, risks and opportunities.
• Lead budgeting support and accuracy for Ramadan targets and stock/shrinkage.
• Coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly retail meetings with departments.
• Own store database information and ensure accurate, up-to-date data.
