Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in retail operations, commercial coordination, business analysis, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to prepare reports, dashboards and budgets.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into insights.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and share timely reports on key retail KPIs (store scorecards, Click & Collect, Service, Love Meter, monthly achievements).
• Analyse performance, identify trends, gaps, risks and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to Retail Directors and store teams for corrective actions.
• Contribute to yearly, Ramadan, monthly budget preparation and data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly retail meetings and ensure content is clear and actionable.
• Own and validate retail communications and act as Novelties Champion for launches.
• Maintain Store DB platform with accurate store information and renovations.
