Job summary

Sephora in the United Arab Emirates seeks an FP&A Lead to support the Management Team in achieving business and financial targets across the Middle East and Europe. You will partner with the business functions to deliver high-level financial information on time.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting, translating complex data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, business partnering or controlling roles.
• Business partnering skills - ability to build trusting relationships with different stakeholders in France and Middle East.
• Analytical thinking, always looking for opportunities for improvement.
• Advanced Excel and Reporting systems understanding skills.
• High level of accuracy, with an eye for details while keeping the big picture in sight.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial annual budgeting and reforecasting processes for key P&L lines and forecasting models.
• Coordinate budget process and timelines within the FP&A team.
• Monthly Outlook/Estimates (on a request / ad-hoc basis).
• Lead month-end variance analysis and provide insights into performance and drivers.
• Translate data into narratives to guide strategic decision-making.
• Partner with business to monitor investment areas and recommend actions.
• Participate in month-end close process and deliver reports.
• Prepare forecasts in company systems and month-end reporting including Entity and Store P&Ls.
