Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality.
• Experience managing flagship stores and multi-store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee people, standards, customer experience, and financial and operational management of stores in your area.
• Coach and develop store teams to translate retail plans into tangible actions and achieve targets.
• Build and implement area plans to maximize sales and KPIs across Sephora stores.
• Lead omni-channel retail initiatives and ensure best-in-class customer service.
