Talents Tide is seeking a dynamic Retail Leasing Manager to drive leasing strategies for premium retail and lifestyle projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will identify and secure tenants, focusing on home-grown and regional brands, while building strong relationships with retail groups, F&B operators, and lifestyle brands.

The role requires a proven track record in retail leasing, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a solid network within the UAE retail scene.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in retail leasing, with a focus on premium malls and lifestyle destinations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience building relationships with home-grown and regional retail groups in the UAE.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute leasing strategies for premium retail and lifestyle projects.
• Identify and secure suitable tenants, focusing on home-grown and regional brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail groups, F&B operators, and lifestyle brands.
• Negotiate lease terms in line with company objectives and market standards.
• Collaborate with legal, design, and development teams to align tenant fit-out and handover with timelines.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new leasing opportunities and trends.
• Maintain knowledge of retail trends, tenant performance, and consumer behavior in the UAE.
