Talents Tide is seeking a dynamic Retail Leasing Manager to drive leasing strategies for premium retail and lifestyle projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will identify and secure tenants, focusing on home-grown and regional brands, while building strong relationships with retail groups, F&B operators, and lifestyle brands.

The role requires a proven track record in retail leasing, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a solid network within the UAE retail scene.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in retail leasing, with a focus on premium malls and lifestyle destinations.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Experience building relationships with home-grown and regional retail groups in the UAE.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute leasing strategies for premium retail and lifestyle projects.
Identify and secure suitable tenants, focusing on home-grown and regional brands.
Build and maintain relationships with retail groups, F&B operators, and lifestyle brands.
Negotiate lease terms in line with company objectives and market standards.
Collaborate with legal, design, and development teams to align tenant fit-out and handover with timelines.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new leasing opportunities and trends.
Maintain knowledge of retail trends, tenant performance, and consumer behavior in the UAE.
