Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in retail or business development.
• 3 years of leadership experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to expand SuperCare's retail presence and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, retail operations, and internal teams to implement plans.
• Monitor performance across stores/areas and adjust as needed to meet objectives.
• Support expansion initiatives while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects across commercial and operational priorities.
