Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience in FMCG and Modern Trade.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to plan store visits and meet sales targets.
• Good command of English; Arabic/Urdu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores and build relationships with store teams.
• Achieve sales targets by securing orders and following up on gaps.
• Monitor stock levels and suggest appropriate orders to prevent stockouts.
• Ensure listed products, new launches, and promos are available in stores.
• Execute promotions, pricing, displays, and merchandising standards.
• Check shelf availability and product condition during visits.
• Report execution gaps and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
• Manage GRVs (goods receipt vouchers) and returns within area.
• Monitor near-expiry stock and minimise losses.
• Maintain records of visits, orders, stock, GRV and competitor activity.
