Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Restaurants Bars & Experiences Waiter/Waitress to deliver warm, attentive service across restaurant, bar and signature experiences.

You will know menus and beverages, maintain mise en place, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and promote guest experiences to drive satisfaction and revenue. Fluency in English is essential, additional language skills are a plus.

• Recommend and promote food, beverages and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue performance


• Promote signature experiences, seasonal offerings and outlet initiatives


• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest satisfaction and contribute to restaurant performance

Requirements

• Previous Food & Beverage or customer service experience preferred.


• Good knowledge and understanding of food and beverage service standards.
