Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research in Dubai seeks an experienced Waiter/Waitress for luxury hotels, premium resorts or fine-dining venues. You will welcome guests, present menus, explain dishes and ingredients, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.

Excellent communication, professional grooming and the ability to handle dietary requirements are essential. You will work with a team, stay composed during busy periods and be flexible with six-day rotating shifts, including

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in luxury hotels, premium resorts, or fine-dining venues.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and confident guest interaction.
• Ability to recommend menus and accommodate dietary requirements.
• Professional grooming and guest-focused attitude.
• Capability to stay composed during busy service and work with a team.
• Willingness to rotate six days per week and handle split shifts.
• Comfortable with prolonged standing and outdoor/beachfront operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive personalised service throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain dishes and ingredients and make appropriate food and beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely seamless service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, wine and pairings.
• Handle dietary requirements and allergies following procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs, check satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support VIP guests and accommodate special requests while maintaining luxury standards.
• Assist with table allocation, section management and service flow during busy periods.
• Support and guide junior team members and maintain presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and mise en place before, during, and after service.
• Support opening/closing procedures and accurate billing with upselling where appropriate.

• Support VIP VVIP guests and accommodate special requests while maintaining luxury service standards
• Assist with table allocation, section management and coordination of service flow during busy periods
• Support and guide junior team members helping maintain service standards and professional presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, mise en place and restaurant readiness before during and after service
• Support opening and closing procedures accurate billing and upselling initiatives where appropriate

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter Waitress or Senior Waiter Waitress in luxury hotels premium resorts fine-dining restaurants or comparable upscale F amp B environments
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Excellent communication skills and confident guest interaction
• Ability to make informed menu recommendations and handle dietary requirements
• Professional grooming attention to detail and a guest-focused attitude
• Ability to remain composed during busy service periods and work effectively with a team
