Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences within the RB&E team. You will work under the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Assistant Restaurant Manager, ensuring attentive and personalized service throughout the guest journey.

The role requires strong guest engagement, knowledge of menus and beverages, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage or customer service experience preferred.
• Good knowledge and understanding of food and beverage service standards.

About The Job

Based at the Emirates palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi within the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Department, the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences through warm, attentive and personalized service while supporting the smooth operation of the outlet and contributing to the overall success of the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences (RB&E) operation. The Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Waiter/Waitress reports to the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Assistant Restaurant Manager.

As Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized servicethroughout the guest journey.
• Build positive guest connections and create memorable moments.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
• Handle guest enquiries, preferences, and special requests.
• Manage a designated restaurant section during service.
• Prepare andmaintainmiseenplace,table settings, and service areas.
• Coordinatewithkitchen and bar teamsand service colleaguesto ensure seamless servicedelivery.
• Ensure accuracy in order taking, billing, and payment processing.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standardsin accordance withestablished procedures.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, beverages, andother Mandarin Orientalrestaurant and barswithin the Hotel.
• Recommend and promote food, beverages, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
• Promote signature experiences, seasonal offerings, and outlet initiatives.
• Identifyopportunities to enhance the guest satisfaction and contribute to restaurant performance.

As Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Waiter/Waitress, we expect from you:

• PreviousFood & Beverage or customer service experience preferred.
• Good knowledgeand understandingof food and beverage service standards.
