Salary Range: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 per month (Estimated)

Candidate Prerequisites: Mandatory Direct Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Operations | Non-QSR (Hotel/General Hospitality) Backgrounds Will Not Be Considered | Proven Team Leadership & Shift Management | Expertise in Food Costing, Wastage Reduction, & Inventory Control

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily QSR floor operations, maintaining high-speed service delivery, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, schedule, train, and supervise kitchen and service staff to meet daily sales targets and service KPIs.
• Manage stock inventory levels, conduct audits, track recipe adherence, and minimize food wastage.
• Enforce strict food safety protocols, local municipality health regulations, and brand operational standards.
• Monitor store operational costs, manage labor schedules against peak hours, and review daily sales reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant certificate in Hospitality or Business; proven supervisory experience strictly within a high-volume QSR environment.
• Technical Mastery: Working knowledge of QSR Point of Sale (POS) platforms, inventory management tools, and food costing methodologies.
• Core Competencies: Shift management, food cost control, stock inventory tracking, health and safety compliance, and team motivation.
