Flyper is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure service excellence. You will develop strategies to boost customer satisfaction and sales while overseeing financial performance and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (or related field) and at least 3 years of managerial experience, with strong interpersonal and financial skills; immigrant candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including ordering supplies, scheduling staff shifts, and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant
• Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales
• Train and develop team members on customer service, product knowledge, menu changes, etc.
• Develop plans to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and recommend strategies for improvement
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze them to identify areas of improvement
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
