Job summary

Paramount Midtown Hotel in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our F&B cast, drive service excellence and deliver memorable dining experiences for every guest.

You’ll oversee restaurant operations, mentor a diverse team, optimise revenue and maintain brand standards, while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced setting.

Minimum 2 years in a similar role; strong English communication; knowledge of menu planning and kitchen organisation; a positive, energetic attitude.

• Knowledge of menu planning, recipes, administration and kitchen organisation
• A positive attitude with the ability to work with speed and efficiency
