Job summary

CoreStruct Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, handle customer issues, manage inventory, and ensure quality standards are met.

You will train front-of-house and back-of-house teams, create schedules, monitor stock, coordinate with the kitchen, and push initiatives to boost sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, sanitation standards, inventory management etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant in Abu Dhabi the Restaurant Manager will ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently This individual will be in charge of managing staff handling customer complaints maintaining inventory and ensuring that quality standards are met

Salary $1100 per month negotiable based on experience
