Restaurant Manager (Abu-Dhabi)

As a Restaurant Manager in Abu-Dhabi, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing the staff, creating work schedules, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory levels. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
• Create and maintain work schedules for all employees
• Train new employees on policies, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred but not required

Salary: The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
