Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality outlet management.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision with the ability to motivate.
• Excellent customer service orientation and guest experience focus.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and POS technology.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation.
• Excellent communication and time management; able to multitask.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
