Job summary

Prime Pictures in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced club, restaurant and events manager who can lead daily operations, train a diverse team, and ensure consistent premium service across venues. You will manage private events from initial enquiry to guest departure, build lasting relationships with members and clients, and work with marketing to deliver programming that reflects the brand's identity.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends

Qualifications

• 5 years in management at venues that combine club, restaurant and events.
• Strong F&B knowledge and premium hospitality standards.
• Track record of planning and delivering events.
• Proven sales results and client relationship building.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, hands-on approach.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a club/restaurant/events team, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Run daily operations for club and restaurant with premium hospitality standards.
• Plan and execute private events, corporate functions from first enquiry to post-event follow-up.
