Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC in Dubai is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant & Food Service Staff to assist with daily operations, provide excellent service, and maintain a welcoming dining environment.

The role involves serving, handling orders, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting opening/closing activities, with emphasis on food safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage training is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
• UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages accurately.
• Prepare dining tables, service counters, and seating areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation and beverage service as instructed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, equipment, and workstations.
• Assist with takeaway and delivery orders.
• Process customer payments using POS systems when assigned.
• Monitor supplies and assist with stock replenishment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing activities.
• Support colleagues during busy service periods.
• Follow company policies and supervisor instructions.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage training is an advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering, or food service is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
