Job summary

Qureos is seeking a Response Center Operator to monitor autonomous vehicle operations and coordinate rapid responses to incidents and emergencies. The role requires sharp situational awareness, clear communication, and the ability to act quickly to mitigate risks.

You will monitor vehicle status, dispatch emergency work orders, coordinate on-site activities, and maintain thorough incident records while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a control room, command centre, emergency response centre, fleet monitoring environment or similar operation preferred.
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making ability.
• Ability to remain calm and focused during incidents or emergencies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with monitoring systems.
• Ability to follow escalation procedures accurately.
• Experience within transportation, automotive, logistics or mobility operations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
