Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a Resort Manager/Hotel Manager to oversee all property operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Spa & Recreation, and Security/Loss Prevention. This role reports to the Executive Committee and drives the brand service strategy, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

Qualifications

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

Keeps leadership focused on guests and financial performance across operations.
Leads multi-department teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Spa, Recreation, Security) to execute service strategy.
Partners with Executive Committee to drive brand standards and guest experience.
Manages talent, succession, and succession planning while upholding Ritz-Carlton culture.
