Responsibilities

• Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities (pools, beach, entertainment zone, fitness center, kids' club).
• Promote safety rules and respond to emergencies as per procedures.
• Process payments for rentals and activities; operate POS where applicable.
• Assist with hosting private events in recreation facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and spaces.
• Support team to ensure guest enjoyment and positive experiences.
