• Proven experience in Front Office operations within a resort, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, evaluate, lead, motivate and coach all employees in the Front Office area to ensure standards are met.
• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle guest requests.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Attend regular operational meetings to ensure coordination between departments.
• Observe facilities and equipment and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
