You will coordinate with design and technical teams to develop tailored solutions, deliver compelling proposals, and expand the company’s network through strategic events and meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in design/architecture/engineering/construction industries.
• Proven ability to identify and win new clients and opportunities.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and industry partners.
• Generate leads and convert opportunities into projects.
• Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Coordinate with design/technical teams to align client requirements with solutions.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential projects and opportunities.
• Attend networking events and industry activities to expand the company network.
• Follow up on leads, tenders, proposals, and business opportunities.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s design and technical services.
