Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Facilities Management or Operations Management is essential.
• Desirable: Master’s degree in Law and/or Facilities Management.
• Essential: experience leading facilities or operations management.
• Desirable: professional FM membership (IFMA/MEFMA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic and operational management of residential facilities.
• Lead residential staff and systems; coordinate with Facilities Management.
• Implement preventative maintenance, risk mitigation and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance; crisis response and continuity.
