Job summary

Ajman University in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Director of Student Life to lead the comprehensive program of student activities and leadership development on campus. This role focuses on fostering a vibrant, inclusive student community.

You will plan and execute orientation events, cultural programs, travel logistics, and leadership training while mentoring Peer Leaders and coordinating with student clubs. Strong organizational skills and flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
• 5-7 years’ experience in college student leadership, student activities, group facilitation skills, supervision.

Responsibilities

• Promote, organize and execute campus events (Orientation, Club Fair, Global Day, National Days, AU Got Talent).
• Curate and manage culturally enriching events for a diverse student body.
• Arrange trips and oversee travel logistics in line with AU guidelines.
• Supervise student publications and mentor student leaders.
• Develop and deliver training for student club boards.
• Produce leadership development materials and coordinate media coverage.
