Job summary

Accor is seeking an administrator for our hotel housing operations in Ras al-Khaimah. The role involves coordinating transportation, housing, and dining for employees, while maintaining secure and orderly accommodation facilities.

You will assist the Engineering and HR teams to ensure preventive maintenance and comfort standards are met, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and employee engagement skills.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee transportation, cafeterias, meals, and housing logistics.
• Monitor employee housing rules to ensure safety, health, and security.
• Maintain inventory of linen, furnishings, chemicals and sports equipment.
• Update and manage room allocation lists regularly.
• Keep individual inventory forms for rooms and residents for stock control.
