Job summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Camp Boss to oversee day-to-day operations of employee accommodation facilities in the UAE. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for the workforce.

Responsibilities include managing staff housing, kitchen facilities, room allocations, and coordination with HR and maintenance teams while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Camp Boss, preferably with construction companies.
• High school certificate or higher education preferred.
• Previous UAE experience in labour camp or staff accommodation management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and administration of staff accommodation and labour camps.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety and proper maintenance of all accommodation facilities.
• Manage and maintain camp kitchen facilities, ensuring cleanliness and proper upkeep.
• Coordinate room allocation, employee check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor accommodation occupancy and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and repair activities.
• Address employees' accommodation-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with HR, Administration, Transport and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.
