Job summary

CRESTON SUITES VACATION HOMES RENTAL L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Holiday Homes team. You will handle day-to-day maintenance requests for our apartments and perform electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry and basic repair work to ensure high standards of upkeep.

You will troubleshoot issues, conduct preventive maintenance, coordinate with contractors when needed, and maintain tools and equipment. UAE experience and a valid driving license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance requests for apartments.
• Perform general electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry and basic repair works.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and regular apartment inspections.
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard.
• Keep maintenance tools and equipment in good condition.
