Job summary

Accor in United Arab Emirates seeks a Female Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. You will perform routine maintenance, painting, plumbing, electrical tasks and ensure facilities meet operational standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, pool and spa care and adhering to safety procedures while delivering professional, friendly service to guests and colleagues. You will monitor energy usage and report hazards.

Qualifications

• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring is an asset.
• Experience with pool and spa is an asset.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, engaging and friendly service.
• Maintain buildings, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related maintenance activities.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
• Review job orders to determine work priorities and schedule repairs.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and monitor energy usage.
• Perform pool and spa maintenance and ensure safety procedures.
