Job summary

GuestReady is a Vacation Home firm operating in Dubai, Europe and Asia. We seek an Upkeep technician/Handyman to join our team and maintain our properties to ensure full functionality for guests.

You will handle furniture setup, plumbing, electrical, painting and other small repairs, while preparing invoices and coordinating with vendors. The role requires 7-day availability, including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• UAE driving license and own car.
• Experience in upkeep: furniture installation/assembly, plumbing, electrical, woodworking, painting.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, positive and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding with setup of spaces and rooms.
• Perform upkeep quality checks and ensure standards.
• Assess apartments and identify maintenance issues.
• Develop quotations and invoices for work performed.
• Repair small maintenance problems.
• Coordinate with vendors/maintenance providers for larger jobs to meet standards.
• Be proactive in solving problems as they arise.
• Work efficiently while delivering excellent guest service.
• Maintain and care for our portfolio to keep buildings fully functional.

We are trying to find an Upkeep technician/Handyman to join our team.

Your objectives (not restricted to):

• Assist the onboarding group with providing setting up as well as setup.

Demands:

• UAE Driving certificate and your own cars and truck (required)
