Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business admin degree is a plus.
• Experience in receptionist/front-desk/administrative role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for owners/residents and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with service providers and maintain information resources.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards at the concierge desk.
