Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist with luggage packages and other personal belongings as needed.
• Provide information about the local area including restaurants, entertainment, transportation options, etc.
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, events, etc. as requested by clients.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Handle any complaints or concerns from guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and preferences for future reference.
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures as needed.
• Handle monetary transactions such as currency exchange or payment for services.
• Maintain the security of guest information at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent some college education preferred

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position working approximately 20 hours per week The schedule may include weekends and holidays The salary for this position is $1600 per month Accommodation is not provided
