Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about the hotel local attractions and events.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
• Make reservations for restaurants, transportation and other services as requested.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
• Assist with luggage handling when necessary.
