Job summary

Six Senses The Palm Dubai is seeking a Residences Bell Host to ensure smooth operations at the resort’s guest services area. You will manage luggage, assist guests with transfers, and help guests board and alight vehicles with courtesy and efficiency.

Fluency in English is required, and hospitality experience is preferred. This role offers a dynamic environment in a luxury hotel setting, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and strict adherence to service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick-up guest luggage and request items promptly and efficiently.
• Transfer guests properly when requested.
• Load and unload vehicles on guest arrivals/departures and assist guests entering/exiting.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and guest areas; report defects.
• Coordinate between Concierge Desk and transportation provider to ensure fast, efficient service.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
• Adhere to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Job description

As Residences Bell Host, I willassume full responsibility for theefficientoperation in the following:

Deliver and pick-up guest luggage and request items according to the standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.

Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests, and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.

Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including lobby and report any defects.

Assist the in-charge in keeping a proper working relationship and efficient co-ordination between the Concierge Desk and the Resort’s transportation service provider in order to provide fast and efficient service for the guests.

Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Residences Bell Host, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degreefrom a recognized hospitality school is preferred.

Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
