Job summary

Remote DXB in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Reservations Manager to supervise and lead the reservations team, ensure smooth operation of the reservations system, and handle escalated inquiries.

You will train agents, analyze performance data, manage shift schedules, and coordinate with other departments to deliver guest services, while maintaining records and upholding data security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations management or hospitality customer service.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency with reservations management systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
