Job summary

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a hotel environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Good knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel procedures.
• Relevant hospitality or management qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk operations: Supervise Front Desk activities during your shift, ensuring consistently high standards of service.
• Keep the team informed: Ensure Team Members are up to date on hotel products, services, pricing, promotions, VIP guests, and special events.
• Develop and support the team: Monitor appearance, performance, and service standards while promoting training, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Delight our guests: Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally to create memorable experiences.
• Maximize revenue opportunities: Support hotel revenue through effective up-selling and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain professional standards: Ensure the Front Desk is always welcoming, professional, and focused on delivering the light and warmth of hospitality.
