Job summary

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking a Team Leader - Reservations to oversee front office operations in line with Hyatt's brand standards, ensuring guest, employee and owner expectations are met. You will support the smooth running of the Front Office within the Rooms Division and lead a team to deliver warm, efficient service in a busy luxury hotel setting.

This role requires strong problem-solving, administrative and interpersonal skills, plus a relevant hospitality qualification.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Meet employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division.
