Job summary

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking a Team Leader - Reservations to support the Front Office in delivering Hyatt standards across the Rooms Division, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise the Reservations team, coordinate with other departments, maintain optimal room inventory, and uphold service excellence in line with brand values.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities
