Job summary

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking a Team Leader - Outlet to help run the department in line with Hyatt standards. You will support the Outlet Manager and ensure the outlet operates efficiently with courteous, professional, and flexible service to guests and colleagues.

Ideal candidates have a degree in hospitality or tourism and at least two years' experience in hotel operations, plus strong problem solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Outlet Manager to ensure efficient outlet operations and adherence to brand standards.
• Provide courteous, professional, and flexible service at all times to guests and colleagues.
