Job summary

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking a Team Leader - Reservations to assist the Front Office Department in the Rooms Division, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. You will help implement Hyatt’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests and owners.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate with various hotel teams to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
